Description
run around the block
Come back quickly
See these plants that have branches prickly
Stretch your hands out to the sky
Bend your neck so your face beholds the heavens
Slowly go from your balls of your feet to your tip toes
Fall back into a soft bed of grass
Walk around to the soaked soil
Squish your toes in the mud
Get gobs of it in your hands
Squeez it through your fingers
Rub it all over your body
Walk in the spring breeze
Or the summer heat
Or the autumn leaves
Or if you can, in the snowy blanket (for this use warm mud )
One or all of these such experiences
Mud will leach some poisons from your body
Tighten up your skin
And remind you of washing off sins
When that time comes
But don't forget
Don't judge yourself too harshly
Today is your last
So go and find someone to love
Find a hand to hold
Do the mud thing naked if you can
Liberate your mind
Liberate your soul
I don't know
I talk to myself
In hopes of something -i- can do
To live
Outside of life that has been stolen
Stolen by 4 criminals
And more,
their cohorts
And more...
all who decide to then continue the victimization
Can one ever step out of that?
I hope most of you don't have a damned clue of what i speak of
I mean as an experience... none should have
Less you are evil
But it does not always work that way
Just ask me,
Or maybe
U are unfortunate to know somebody first hand
Well just wait
I will write a book
I published some excerpts of what i am writing...
I will put them on the market after the next edit
Veterans and the writing coach editing
I did it first round!
Writing since 2003
other work done as early as '97
Damaged ghost trying to find his way
in caves of the dungeon amidst devils everywhere
Trauma is the worst thing to write about
It is the worst thing to go through daily
complex trauma is worse
severe depressive states curb any chance for calm - a wonderful time
I hope yours is none at all
Like i say, hopefully you know not what i speak of
None of the complex trauma,
none of the severe depressive disorder,
none of the oppression holding you down to a bed of nails
I am a Marine
Post Service to my Nation
freaks commit crimes against me
Continuously
So this, and experiences from the Corps
Is there a such thing as complex complex ptsd?
So we come back to these branches
The abstractions of it
fantasy of life
i hope to live
Before i am plant food, dirt
And to all of you
Why i say
Go
Live it to the fullest
Don't be reserved like me
Stuck in psychological damage
Too much to cross the threshold of all the love i have lost
And will i still loose it
In the day to day
Though i am love
It is sorely difficult to step out of gushing wounds
Go ahead and use a spoon to eat my flesh
Why not a shovel
And throw out the rest
It's already been done
So your missing the fun
If your the sadistic type
I need to run
Well, this has not been fun
But i will look for that!
